This global competition is open to any students from around the world.
There is no fee for participation.
In addition to cash prizes (eg. grand prix is 1 million yen, approximately 8,000 US$),
all winners' works will be exhibited in Japan during the 2003 Icograda World Congress in
Nagoya which is to take place from 8 > 11 October 2003.
The are two themes for this poster competition, 'Identity' and 'Eye Day.'
