Spice shaker.
I have been successful in fabricating a mushroom structure from silver sheet, and am now hammering a container form for this piece of tableware. This work will become a shaker for some kind of spice powder, maybe pepper. The complex disc form will become a lid with holes/slots, which will lock when used and can be opened to fill the container. At this time the peice is about 50% finsihed.

My other thesis works will continue to focus on natural plant forms and patterns, with an emphasis on fertility, including seeds, spores, bulbs, etc. I am also interested in how plants distribute their seeds, how "form follows function" in nature in order to make sure that a seed can travel from the mother plant and the lifeform will continue to thrive.
